FAQs

iSeeHelp.com is a compilation of writing, courses, and support so that our lives matter. Each of us leaves a lasting legacy--an eternal one, not only for this earthly existence, but forever.

iSeeHelp.com seeks to clarify our purpose and direction through self-reflection, self-assessment tools, and virtual evaluation of examples. According to Andy Stanley in Principles of the Path, to clarify our destination, we need to look at the direction we are already going. To clarify our direction, we ask ourselves to identify what got our attention. To understand what got our attention, we check our motivation. We learn and apply principles so that our designed destination is possible.

Motives = heart desires = passions; IT starts in the heart. Heart=will, choices, volition--THE WHY (WHO you really are)
Heart reasons turn into thoughts--THE WHAT
Thoughts influence actions--THE WHERE and WHEN our body moves or does not move
Emotions (or feelings)  reflect thoughts--THE HOW we react or respond to what we want and what we think and do

Actions reveal what we believe. Beliefs are what we practice. Believing = what we are doing = who we really are.

Research shows that the DNA spark of the "cardiac brain" (in the heart) first sends a signal in a split second to the "cerebral brain" (in the head) that triggers the physiological "enteric brain" (in the gut body) to act. What may feel like an emotional sensation is actually the last of these three basic brains that share the same DNA. IT happens so fast that we are fooled into thinking that our emotions were the starter. Instead they are the result. Each of these brains within us inform one another to clarify what to do next, which direction or action to take. Furthermore, when thoughts arise in our heads, they come out of our mouths as words, expressing our motives. "Out of the heart the mouth speaks."

Words reveal our hearts. God sees our hearts. When you get bumped, what comes out?

That's one of the reasons why writing it down helps process thoughts and emotions to cleanse or expose the heart motives. I can see clearly now.

What or who is driving you?
